Bylaws, Policies And Procedures

TKUSA is a non-profit association established under the Alberta Societies Act and is governed by our approved bylaws.

We develop policies that provide the framework to guide the actions of our executive board, general council, staff, and members. 

Our procedures are developed internally to support our policies and how we conduct the business of our association.
